This vintage men's neck tie from the late 80s/early 90s is by luxury Italian fashion designer, Romeo Gigli. The Los Angeles Times has praised Gigli for his experimentation and luxury fabrics; this tie is an excellent example of his work, crafted in a metallic silver-blue silk blend with a gold iridescent shimmer and intricate embroidery.
