This 1980s vintage Women's Averardo Bessi dress is made from a patterned pure silk jersey with a v neck, a matching belt to give a more hourglass shape and long sleeves. Looks great in the day or at a party. 

 

Estimated Current Size: Marked I 46 which is roughly a UK 14/ US 10/ FR 42 but this gives a loose fit that is meant to be pulled in with the belt.
