A chic vintage Frank Usher dress from the 60s by the highly collectible British label, Frank Usher of London. It has a brown abstract floral print on a silky dacron and cotton fabric. This beautiful example of a vintage Frank Usher dress has accordion pleats in panels on the bust and over the skirt which flare out and juxtapose with the nipped waist giving the perfect hourglass figure.
