A vintage women’s maxi dress from the Spring/Summer 1993 collection by British designer label Red or Dead. Made in a white jersey fabric, the dress is printed with the iconic “Less Passion from Protein” imagery associated with Stanley Green, the London eccentric known for carrying his handwritten placards through Oxford Street for decades. The graphic text was adopted by Red or Dead for this collection and has since become one of the brand’s most recognisable pop-art designs. Cut in a long, fluid silhouette, the dress reflects the label’s blend of fashion, social commentary, and British street culture.
