A remarkable vintage 1990s evening dress for women, crafted by luxury Brazilian fashion designer and socialite Pilar Rossi. It features a teal green silk fabric accented by black tulle skirt which has tiers of grosgrain ribbon that give it a lightly structured shape.
Size: Unlabelled; measures roughly like a modern womens UK 8/ US 4. Please check the measurements.
