Sharkskin Trench Coat, 1980s
A rare 1980s vintage Burberry sharkskin trench coat. In a pure cotton fabric with a sharkskin two tone effect which gives a luxurious, expensive feel. It is lined in cotton with a blue 'nova' house check which is great for spring and has a further original detachable lining which is a wool and camel hair fabric to keep you warmer in fall or winter depending on your climate. With raglan sleeves and fly front buttons that give a timeless, minimalist look. This style of coat is so current right now with Christopher Bailey's final collection going back to its vintage roots.
