Brown Suede Dress, 1970s
A fantastic vintage women's overdress from the late 60s / early 70s by iconic British designer, Jean Muir. In a thick brown suede, with leather whip stitch details and a voluminous, gathered flounce at the hem. The cut is fantastic with a loose waist that flares out from the bust, letting the suede give a structured shift / tent dress style silhouette. So versatile, it could be worn sleeveless, with a blouse underneath in a pinafore style or even worn backwards as a sleeveless jacket (see 2nd to last pic).
Estimated Size: UK 10/ US 6/ EU 38 but would also suit a taller UK 8/ US 4 with a slightly looser fit. Please check measurements.
